Cancellation/change of service or time Policy

Please refer to our Policies page located at the bottom of this page. You may also check in with us at any point with questions and/or concerns.

Cancellations/Change in service and/or time- must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the requested service.

• Since our groomers schedules are booked in advance, we may not have time at your scheduled appointment for big adjustments such as but not limited to, booking a bath service but needing a haircut or adding an extra pet. If you have questions or concerns about adding services and/or extra dogs within 24 hours, please correspond with us via text or email.
